I can't speak highly enough about DK. I started with boxing training and this progressed to kickboxing. I was looking for a way to become fitter and loose some weight. And wow did this work! In only a few weeks my fitness levels were much better. It was really hard work but he really pushes you to be better. He has a really nice approach, very calm, very fun. His years of martial arts experience really show through. I love training outdoors as well. Great value for money.
