With an outstanding background as a professional fighter and over 30 years of

experience in this industry, Dawid brings both his passion and his expertise to each session, helping you believe & achieve!

 

I started my martial arts journey in Poland at the age of 10. It was love at the first sight. I studied a few styles of martial arts: jujitsu, taekwondo (2cup), kickboxing (1 dan), and boxing. I  took part in national competitions and tournaments since 1997. I've started bodybuilding on the side. After years of competitions,

I decided to start training people and share my knowledge. It is my passion and my lifestyle. I follow a warrior ideology which I call ''the golden path'' where there is no place for vices such as smoking or alcohol. I treat my body as a temple, so nutritional health is key for a healthy body and mind - ''mens sana in corpore sano''. I have worked in the fitness industry for 10 years as a martial arts strength and conditioning coach. I also practice bodybuilding and meditation. All these tools I've learned in my warrior journey have helped me to teach people and share my experience. I love helping people to improve their technique, their fitness and getting them on a healthy path. Seeing my clients progressing and improving week after week makes me happy and I'm finding it very rewarding. Nothing comes easy in life, especially success. I had quite a few downfalls myself before reaching this point in my life and I am still hungry for growth and progression.   

 

 

In the year 2000, I joined the Polish National kickboxing representation. I had 110 amateur fights and 15 professional ones. My main achievements include:

• 2001 - Koszalin - second place in the Polish Champions in full contact

• 2002 - second place in the Polish Championship in light contact

• 2003 - Zielona Góra - second place in the Polish Championship in light contact

• 2003 - Nowy Sącz- second place in the Polish Championship in full contact 

• 2004 - Nowy Sącz - first place in the South-Polish Championship in full contact

•  2004 - Koszalin - professional title belt in cruiserweight

•  2008 - Malta - took part in the professional boxing tournament - Malta vs England I had my last fight at the age of 33.
